Journey to fitter tomorrow

Thanks for joining me!

Every Mom will agree that the Biggest Questions in our life are:
“Is my child Eating Healthy?
Is he eating balanced diet?
My kids don’t take dairy so how will they get calcium?
How to provide adequate iron to teenage kids”

After consulting nutritionist and doctors, we have created a clinically tested flour with high calcium content and protein. This flour can be given to kids of age 6 months and older.

Please note that this flour mix does not substitute their day to day food,  but it improves nutritional quality of the same.  We have clinically tested this flour for its benefits and have been using it for our kids from past 8 months.  After seeing the visible effect on their strength,  growth and immunity.  We would like to share the same with you all.

Please feel free to ask any questions suggestions you may have to make this attempt successful.

I will share recipes to use this flour in this blog under Mix Flour Recipes.

However, please note that this flour contains nuts  and wheat. It is not a gluten free.

This is about kids, while we are devoting most of our time thinking about kids, lets not forget own health.

“Weight loss,  fat loss,  right things to eat, what to eat to stay fit, “has become a topic of our day to day life.  There are various forms of diet available online,  like keto, paleo,  GM,  intermediate fasting,  dry fasting,  low carb,  high protein etc.. etc. .. etc..

In this blog I am not going to discuss about any of the above diet,  however I will be sharing recipes to use,  in paleo diets. My husband started following paleo diet 3 months back,  when I was searching web for recipes mostly I found Non Indian dishes,  most of which included non veg.

Following vegetarian paleo also brought in another challenge to achieve daily protein and calcium intake. Hence I started developing my own recipes,  which I will be sharing with you step by step with pictures.

Even if you are not on fat loss journey,  try out these yummy grain free recipes for its nutritional benefits at Grain-Free/Fasting recipes

I would love to hear from you…your suggestions, feedback. If you have created any recipes to fit on this blog, feel free to send it to me and I will post here with you name.

Lets join our hands to make this effort a successful.
